Sterling silver cuff, cast using cuttlefish bone which was collected from Hengistbury Head on the Dorset Coast. I used recylced antique Georgian forks to make this cuff, melting them and pouring the molten silver into a cuttlefish mould which produces the wonderful wave pattern, almost like a finger print which is distinctive of the cuttle fish. Each time I make one of these bangles they are completely individual as no two are ever the same.
This is a heavy silver cuff and weighs 98 grams and would suit a medium to large wrist. If you are unsure on sizing then please provide your wrist size on enquiry and I can advise regarding suitability.
The internal oval dimensions are 67mm long x 52mm wide.
The external measurements are 76mm long x 61mm wide.
The cuff measures 14mm x 5mm at its widest points.
The torque is hallmarked at the Goldsmiths Assay Office in London.
It will be posted in a gift box.
