Sterling silver camellia flower, handmade using the repousse technique, mouthed on recylced ebony wood, set in a sterling silver brooch frame.
The brooch is hallmarked at the Goldsmiths Assay Office in London. 
The design of the brooch is inspired by a 100 year old camellia tree that grows in my garden and has spectacular large petalled crimson petal flowers with golden yellow stamens.
Brooch measures 34mm square and 11mm deep.
